College Pickleball Pathway (“CPP”) is operated by Alejandro de la Torre as an individual professional based in Madrid, Spain. Contact: info@collegepickleballpathway.com.
By using the website or requesting access, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use protected areas of the service.
Purpose of CPP
CPP presents athletic and academic information to support legitimate college pickleball recruiting and related guidance. CPP is an information and consulting platform; it is not a university, admissions office, scholarship provider, sports governing body or agent of any listed institution.
Accounts and authorised access
You must provide accurate registration information and use only your own sign-in account. Access is personal, limited and revocable. CPP may approve, deny, restrict, expire or withdraw access and may limit a user to specific player profiles.
You must not share credentials, bypass access controls, scrape data, create unauthorised copies or allow another person to use your account.
Permitted use
Player information may be used only for genuine recruiting, coaching, family support or the other purpose for which access was approved. Users must communicate professionally and respect the privacy, safety and dignity of players and families.
Prohibited conduct
- Harassment, discriminatory conduct, misleading recruitment or inappropriate contact with a minor.
- Publishing or forwarding protected profile content without permission.
- Using information for advertising, unrelated commercial prospecting or automated profiling.
- Uploading unlawful, inaccurate, defamatory or rights-infringing content.
- Attempting to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to the website.
Content supplied to CPP
The person supplying content confirms that it is accurate, that they are authorised to provide it and that publication does not infringe another person’s rights. Parents, guardians or authorised representatives retain ownership of their content and grant CPP a limited permission to host, format and display it for the agreed platform purposes.
Consent for photographs, video or other profile material may be withdrawn by contacting CPP, subject to reasonable time needed to process the request and applicable legal obligations.
No guaranteed outcome
CPP does not guarantee admission, recruitment, roster selection, scholarships, financial aid, playing time, coach responses or any other university outcome. DUPR ratings, results, university information and third-party statements may change and should be independently verified.
Third-party services and links
The website may link to universities, DUPR, YouTube, social media and other external services. CPP does not control their content, availability, privacy practices or decisions. Visiting a third-party service is subject to that provider’s terms.
Availability and liability
CPP aims to provide a secure and useful service but does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CPP is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on website information, third-party conduct or unauthorised use beyond CPP’s reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.
Suspension and termination
CPP may suspend or terminate access where a user breaches these Terms, creates a safeguarding risk, provides misleading information or no longer has a legitimate reason to view protected profiles. Relevant audit records may be retained for security and legal purposes.
Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Courts in Madrid will have jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. CPP may update these Terms when the service or applicable law changes; continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply from their effective date.
